Lake Tahoe’s M.S. Dixie II is an award-winning cruising vessel on South Lake Tahoe and comes highly recommended. The 400-passenger boat offers Daytime Scenic Cruises and a Sunset Dinner Dance Cruise to Emerald Bay. All tours depart from the Zephyr Cove Resort located just minutes north of Stateline on Highway 50.
The M.S. Dixie hosts a breakfast buffet, scenic champagne brunch, dinner, dinner/dance and sightseeing cruises. The MS Dixie holds a maximum of 570 people and has a jet engine. The Dixie is 151 feet, 33' beam with a 5' draft. She has 3 decks. The main deck has the glass bottom floor, gift shop and seating area. The 2nd deck has the dance floor, the band area and some seating area. The 3rd deck has a few chairs and is perfect for photo opportunities. Tables seat 4 to 8 people. There is no air conditioning on this boat, but there is heating.

Captain's Dinner Dance
Sailing off into the sunset, you're on your way to a magical evening of dinner, dancing, and starlit strolls. A narration featuring intriguing stories about Fanette Island and Vikingsholm, will whet your appetite for four gourmet courses. Select from entrees like Angus beef top sirloin or macadamia-crusted mahi-mahi. Cocktails and fine wines are available for purchase. Features Safari playing hits from all eras.

A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation. Cancellations must be made 24 hours or more prior to scheduled departure to avoid being charged as a no-show. Check in at the ticket booth located next to the pier to board the boat. Guests need to be checked in at least one-half hour before departure time. This will allow time to check in and receive their boarding passes. AAA/AARP discounts will be given upon presenting a valid member card. Hotel pickup available and may be specified on your reservation form. Hotel pickup times may be up to one hour prior to tour time.
