The 36' Weekender Patio Pontoon boat is a popular alternative to a houseboat in that it can be rented on a daily basis. Enjoy the comforts of house boating with the outdoor experience of camping. THIS IS THE ONLY HOUSEBOAT THAT IS RENTED ON A DAILY BASIS.

The sides and back of the boat are open.

There are three cushions on the upper deck for camping under the stars. The boat features a small refrigerator , gas grill, ice chest, CD player, marine radio, solar heated hot water, rear deck shower, bathroom, inverter and 40 gallon fresh water tank. There are twin 60 HP Mercury 4-stroke outboards.

The maximum number on the boat is 12.

Fresh drinking water is provided on each boat and may be refilled at any marina. You may also have your holding tanks pumped out. Although the need for a pump out varies based on the number of passengers and water usage, a good rule of thumb is to return to a pump out station every three or four days.

Standard amenities: Maximum 12. $500 damage/confirmation deposit.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

You must cancel 14 days prior to arrival, or forfeit the $500 deposit.

2010 Rates are proposed rates. Rates vary by season and marina. Seasons vary by marina. Rates stated on this page are estimates for the 2011 season and are subject to final approval by the National Park Service (NPS).

Note: Should the final NPS approved rate be higher than your confirmed rate, your confirmed rate will take precedence and be honored by Lake Powell Resorts & Marinas as quoted (if you make changes to your reservation, you will be charged the higher rate). If the final NPS approved rate is less than your confirmed rate, your rate will automatically be adjusted downward to the actual approved rates for the 2010 season.
