 The Take Off
Your adventure begins with an early morning drive to the launch site with your
pilot and professional crew. The fun begins with the exciting inflation of the balloon, and before you know it, you're soaring with the eagles.
The Ride
Watch the sunrise during your ascent, after a gentle lift-off, you'll be gliding over the gorgeous red rock country.
Sedona's natural wonders and wildlife sightings will delight you as you fl oat calmly with the air currents.
 The Landing
After a peaceful landing, a champagne picnic and chase crew awaits you. Your pilot will tell you the exciting history
of ballooning and present you will a commemorative certificate of your flight. Our award-winning pilots will also share their experiences of competitive ballooning.
Flight Time
Flight time is 1 to 2 hours depending on winds and the discretion of the pilot.
Safety and Comfort
We have a perfect flying record. Out balloon flights are fully insured. Our commercially licensed pilots are
authorized by the Federal Aviation Administration. All pilots have intimate knowledge of the mountains and
canyons you'll be exploring and will serve you as fascinating guides to this adventure!
Remember, we fly the "T-Baskets", the best, and safest gondolas on the market, designed with you in mind!
What to wear? Dress comfortably for outdoor activity. Early morning can be cool, so a light jacket is
recommended. It is actually warmer in a balloon than on the ground because you float along with the wind, not against it. Bring your camera and your enthusiasm - leave the rest to us!
A minimum of two people are required for a tour, maximum number is eight. Custom tours for groups or
photographers may be arranged.
A few questions we will be asking when placing a reservation are:
Are you pregnant?
Have you had any recent injuries?
Are you physically challenged?
What is the weight of each person? Accurate weights, please.
Note:
Children must be 4' (48”) tall and are charged the same price as adults
There is no weight limit per person. Weight information is required to balance the load in the baskets. Each
balloon also has a gross weight limit it can lift safely.
Insurance does not cover passengers who are pregnant or recovering from a recent injury. Physically
challenged individuals are welcome on the tours, but no wheelchairs or crutches are allowed. You must be
able to stand for the entire duration of the tour (approximately 2 hours) without assistance.
