Reservations for holiday weekends fill early, you will want to make reservations at least two months in advance. Last minute boats are often available.
ABOUT THE RESERVATION PROCESS
If you would like to see if a boat is available on a specific date, you can use our reservation form and indicate you are checking availability only. It can take up to three days for us to process your request, depending on the volume of requests to the reservation center. We do NOT accept reservations for departures within ten days.
If you choose to have us secure a reservation for you, an authorization form will be sent to you via email.
This form must be faxed to the houseboat rental company within ten days with your credit card information and a copy of your driver's license, and your deposit will be processed at that time. We do not collect
your credit card information nor process payments, these are processed by the marina. Complete instructions for making your deposit are included with your reservation information.
If you do not pay your deposit within the time frame specified, your reservation will be canceled AUTOMATICALLY.
Once payment is received and successfully processed, a receipt is sent to our offices and then mailed to you. This takes about ten days. Assuming
you make your reservations more than two months in advance of your vacation, your rental fee will be due 45 days prior to departure. It is your responsibility to ensure payment is received in time.
