"HOMELESS"

This 1990 Stardust Cruiser features 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. A total of five beds make this perfect for family vacations.

This 68' x 16' aluminum hull houseboat has a big front deck (12' x 14'), and plenty of extras. In the kitchen, you'll find two10 cu.ft. Norcold refrigerators, microwave and trash compactor. For entertainment, there is a television with VCR, Dish Network,  and XM radio. You can't get lost with the Garmin mapping GPS receiver at the helm. You'll be comfortable any time of year with both central heating and air conditioning.

On the mechanical side, you'll be able to get around the lake on twin 5.7 L motors with a 200 gallon gas tank -- plus an additional 200 gallon toy gas tank with 12V pump. Recent upgrades include 2 new drive engines, exterior deck carpet, new kitchen flooring, and new furniture. This boat is kept in excellent condition.

On top, the captain will enjoy the fly bridge with CD music using his MicroControllers to navigate the boat under a big 14' x 22' top deck shade.

A 1/16 ownership in "HOMELESS" is available from $9,000 to $13,500 per week, depending on the week available. Homeless is active on Lake Powell from the first week of June through Oct.
