Rates and Deposits
Rates for our luxury condos are competitive with hotel accommodations in the Lake Powell area. From May 1 through October 1, condos are available for two guests for $95 a day or $630 a week; four guests can be accommodated for $105 a day or $630 a week. View rooms are an additional $10 per night. E-mail us for discount rates during the off-season. Anglers welcome.
A deposit of $95 for two guests or $105 for four guests is due on week long stays. Overnights up to seven day stays due at time of reservation. Full refunds on cancellations made within 7 days for week-long stays; 72 hours for one to seven-day stays. We accept Visa, Mastercard or Eurochecks.
Watercraft for Rent
Brand New 1996 Yamaha Waveraider 700's,
Two person Waverunners.
It doesn't get much more fun than this!
$150 per day, $275 per day for two, with a
$500 damage deposit.
