 You can enjoy a relaxing vacation at Linda's Lake
Powell Condos. Rise when you want. . . grab a midnight snack. . . host a cookout. . . do a load of laundry. . . or just make yourself at home in one of our luxury condos.
Overlooking spectacular Lake Powell, these modern studio condos are located in Greenehaven, Arizona just a short five minute
drive from Wahweap Lodge, and ten minutes from Page. Lake access via Lone Rock Beach is just a few miles away.
 Each studio condominium is tastefully decorated in a
southwestern motif. The two queen sized beds (Murphy bed and sofa sleeper) sleep four comfortably. You can expect all the household conveniences from towels, blankets and bed linens to a complete kitchen and laundry
facilities in each unit.
Our condos are perfect for week-long vacations or one-night stays before and after your houseboat trip. Groups welcome.

Rates and Deposits
Rates for our luxury condos are competitive with hotel accommodations in the Lake Powell area. From May 15 through October 1, condos are
available for two guests for $105 a night or $720 a week; three or more guests can be accommodated for $120 a night. View rooms are an additional $15 per night. Off-season,
rates are $88 for two in Lake View unit, subject to availability. E-mail us for more information. Anglers are always welcome.
A deposit of $105 for two guests or $120 for four guests is due on week long stays.
Overnights up to seven day stays due at time of reservation. Full refunds on cancellations made within 7 days for week-long stays; 72 hours for one to seven-day stays. We accept
Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Eurochecks.

Brand New 2004 Yamaha Waveraider's, Two person Waverunners. $175 per day and $300 for 2 all day.with a $500 damage deposit. Reserve
