GROCERIES

Bullfrog, Hall's Crossing & Hite Departures
Liquor, Beer & Wine

Grocery Services at Wahweap

Best bet for shopping is the new Wal-Mart in Page.   Not only do they have groceries, but camping gear, fishing equipment and licenses.

If you're leaving from Bullfrog, Hall's Crossing or Hite Marinas

If you have a rental out of Hall's Crossing or Hite, you may order and pick up your groceries in Blanding, Utah (approximately 90 miles from the marina). This service is offered by Clark's Market (formerly Parley Redd Foodtown). Clark's will assemble your order and pack all perishables in insulated boxes with dry ice. Because of the size of the store, you will not be able to specify brand name for your selections. However, the store does offer a bakery and deli. With prior arrangement, you may pick up your order before or after normal business hours. Please call 1-435-678-2721 and speak with Forrest Crofts. Clark's is located at 820 South Main Street in Blanding.

Beer, Wine and Liquor Orders

If you are interested in beer, wine or liquor, you can arrange to pick up your order at Fred's Liquor Store in Page (for Wahweap departures). A surprisingly excellent selection of wines is available along with cases of beer and all the standard liquor store items. They can get you pretty much whatever you want, with enough advance notice. To order, call David at 435-645-3575 or fax your order (with your contact information) to 435-645-8109. Your order will be reviewed and you will be contacted with the total cost. After giving your credit card information, your order will be assembled and waiting in the cooler for you to pick up at the store (located at 902 N. Navajo Drive).

Please note that liquor laws are very strict in Utah. If you are purchasing alcoholic beverages for departures at Hall's Crossing, Bullfrog or Hite marinas, it is recommended that you do so from a store in Utah. Although rare, we have heard of groups having their liquor confiscated by the National Park Service because it was transported into Utah from another state.
